I’m a social scientist specialising in ethnographic methods and the topics of security and belonging, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ people and Georgia (Sakartvelo).

I’m now completing my PhD at UCL SSEES; my doctoral research asks what is involved in living a “secure life” as a queer person in Georgia and how it relates to the politics of belonging. Read more about here.
